Holistic is the word. Nicky takes your pain or problem, and turns them into an understandable explanation and gives you a treatment aimed at fixing all its aspects - for me, I got a soft tissue therapy, relaxation therapy, advice on best essential oils, advice on my posture, managing my stress and a self massage technique. She is not a massage therapist; this is a person-centred practitioner who looks at you as a whole person, not an illness.

 First time I've had this type of massage.  It was amazing, the warm waterbed supports your body and is really comfortable and I liked the fact that there's no turning over halfway through - the whole massage is carried out as you lay on your back.  Afterwards I felt relaxed but my muscles had been thoroughly  stretched out.  Nicky is a very professional, proficient practitioner.  Thank you.

I am working my way through the menu & today I had the Thumper treatment - it is my favourite so far . Invigorating but so relaxing at the same time . You don’t realise how much tension you hold in your legs till the thumper gets to work ! I feel so supple & relaxed . Will definitely be having this again
